Is what you build with AI ready for production?

Would we notice within a working day if the tool stopped or made mistakes?

Can someone other than the builder change the tool and put it live again?

Are API keys and passwords kept out of the code, for example in a vault?

Do we know which data the tool uses, and where it goes?

Do the AI costs run through a business account, with a limit?

Is a change tested before it goes live?

Is there a backup, and have we ever tried restoring it?

Is the tool behind our own business login?

Does a person check before the tool books, sends or pays anything?

Could we explain to our accountant or auditor what the tool does?
