Chief is a software company in Utrecht, with its own office. We build custom software: platforms, customer portals, apps, dashboards and integrations, in .NET with React or Angular, on Azure or AWS. Chief builds software for organisations in Utrecht that need more than an off-the-shelf package. A platform, a customer portal, an app, a dashboard, or an integration between systems that do not talk to each other.
We start with your business case, not the technology: what problem are you solving, for whom, and what should it deliver. Then we build. .NET at the back, React or Angular at the front, running on Azure or AWS. For mobile we build native iOS. Where a project calls for it, we design the hardware and write the firmware in the same team. We did that with Spotten: our own sensor in the road surface, with the firmware and platform around it.
